Customization

It is possible to add your own shortcuts to the NavBar by dragging items such as a Story, Rundowns, wire categories, or folders to it.

Items can be dragged to the NavBar from pinned windows, the Enterprise Browser, the Wire Viewer, or the Urgent Wires window. You can only drag one item at a time. To remove an item from the NavBar right-click on it and select Remove from NavBar.

Different types of shortcuts have different icons. For example, a folder shortcut and a sub-folder shortcut will be represented by the following icons respectively.

You can change the NavBar to display text instead of icons, or to both text and icons.

To do this, go to Personal Settings and select Text or Icons with Text under Navigation Bar Display.

While using the Vertical NavBar, Icons with Text is the only display option.
