Waste Bin

You can delete an item from a folder, Rundown, Planning Grid, or the Planning Calendar by dragging it to the Waste Bin icon on the NavBar. By default, most items will remain in the Waste Bin for 10 days and will then be removed from the system permanently. This setting is configurable by your System Administrator.

When you click on the Waste Bin icon you will see a list of items that you have deleted from your personal folder or the Message Center. Right-clicking on the Waste Bin icon allows you to choose how you want to open the Waste Bin window. Options are Open Floating, Open Pinned or Open Detached.

To view a list of items that have been deleted from a group folder, right-click on the Waste Bin icon and select the group waste bin you wish to view.

To restore an item drag it from the Waste Bin to another location.
