Storyboard Properties
The following table lists the Storyboard properties and describes the purpose of each one.
Title |
Name of the Storyboard. |
Description |
Text that describes the Storyboard topic. |
Image URL |
Select an image to replace the generic Storyboard icon at the top left of the Storyboard. The path to the image can be a URL or a UNC path to a location on your local network. The Storyboard image can also be extracted from a MOS object. To do this, drag a MOS object from a folder onto the Storyboard's default icon. As long as the MOS object a valid still image proxy, the Storyboard will display the thumbnail image from the MOS object. |
MOS Properties |
Storyboards are not intended to drive live broadcast output, but they can be exported via MOS much like Rundowns. Refer to Rundown Properties for a description of how these settings work. |
Show Story Templates on Insert |
Display a list of Story Templates to use when a user adds content to the Stories pane. |
Auto Archive |
Select this option to automatically archive your Storyboard at the same interval as you automatically archive your Rundowns. This option should not be used if your Continuous Content Interval is more than 30 days. |
Continuous Content Interval |
All Storyboards follow Continuous Content archiving rules. If this field is left at its default value of 0, content in the Stories pane will be moved to the archive if the content has not been modified for 30 days. Otherwise, the content will be archived when it has been unmodified for longer than number of days that you specify. |
Enable CTOS |
Archives a copy of the Storyboard to a specially designated server in your enterprise called the Central Text Object Storage server. Check with your System Administrator to determine if this option is enabled for your enterprise. |
