Row Properties
Story Log Preview Size |

Duplicate Slugs |
Selecting this option allows duplicate slugs. |
Duplicate Slug Options |
If duplicate slugs are not allowed, selecting this option displays a menu to users who attempt to drag in story with the same name as another story in the Planning Grid. Users will be presented with the following choices: enter the Story with the duplicate slug unchanged, enter the Story with a new slug or cancel the operation. By default, the ENPS Client will suggest as a new title the original slug plus "-1," incrementing the number as additional duplicate items are added. |
MOS Properties
Allow External Modification |
Allow MOS devices to place temporary holds on Stories for modification. This feature will only work when MOS Control Active is selected in this window or on the Planning Grid Ribbon. The MOS device must be using MOS version 2.8.2 or higher. |
MOS Control Active |
By making your Planning Grid MOS Control Active, you are able to link media to the Planning Grid. Once a Planning Grid is MOS Active, its icon on the Planning Grid tab and in the folder will change to reflect that is MOS-enabled. |
AutoCreate Properties
AutoCreate Days |
Separate from this setting, the ENPS Client will automatically create a Planning Grid for a particular day when a Planning Item is created on that day. If you wish to create a second grid for a particular day, use this setting. Automatically create a Planning Grid every day for the number of days specified, up to 365 days before the Start Date of the show. To create the Planning Grid one day in advance of the Start Date enter "1" in this field. The AutoCreate Time field cannot be left blank. The ability to AutoCreate Planning Grids must be enabled by your site's System Administrator. |

Archiving Properties
Auto Archive |
Automatically archive the Planning Grid. The System Administrator configures the frequency of the Auto Archive process. |
Continuous Content |
When you select this checkbox, the Planning Grid will not be purged by ENPS maintenance routines. However, items from the Planning Grid will be automatically archived based on the Continuous Content Interval (days) setting. |
Continuous Content Interval (days) |
If the Continuous Content box is selected, then setting a value in this field determines the number of days before an item is archived. For example, setting this value to 5 means that all items that are older than five days will be archived. A copy of the Planning Grid itself will also be archived without the items that are still current. |
Enable CTOS |
Archive a copy of the Planning Grid to a specially designated server, the Central Text Object Storage (CTOS). Check with your System Administrator to see if a CTOS is available in your enterprise. |
