TOE Settings

Disable the TCP Offload Engine (TOE) settings on your network card:

1. Run the following at a command prompt:

   netsh int tcp set global rss=disabled

2. In the Windows Control Panel, open the properties for your network connection and click Configure. In the Properties window click the Advanced tab. Locate all offload settings and disable them.

3. Reopen the properties for your network connection and deselect Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IP v6), then click OK.
