TOE Settings

Disable the TCP Offload Engine (TOE) settings on your network card:

  1. Run the following at a command prompt:

    netsh int tcp set global rss=disabled

  2. In the Windows Control Panel, select Network and Internet > Network and Sharing center > Change adapter settings.

  3. Right-click the network connection and select Properties > Configure > Advanced tab.

  4. Locate and disable all offload settings.

  5. Reopen the properties for your network connection and deselect Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IP v6), then click OK.
