Print Settings
In the ENPS Client, users set their print options before selecting an item to print. The ENPS Client will preserve these options until they are changed by the user. These options will apply to every print job. The ENPS Client will not prompt you to select settings once you choose to print.
You can access these options in the following ways:

Click the Printer icon on the NavBar, or right-click on the icon and select Settings....

Select File Menu > Options > Print Settings.
Options
General
Current Printer |
Select the printer you want to use. |
Copies |
Number of copies to print. |
Page Size |
Select the page size for your printer. |
Page Orientation |
Use report layout orientation will use whatever orientation is defined in the template. Portrait prints with the page's long edges on the left and right. Landscape prints with the page's long edges on the top and bottom. |
Number of Columns |
Determines whether Stories are printed using one column (full page width) or standard two-column television format. Select Use report layout orientation to use whatever number of columns is defined in the template. |
Preview |
Display an on-screen preview of the printed document before it is printed. |
Rundown
Scaling |
Select Fit grid height to one page to fit all of the printed rows to the length of the page. Select Fit grid width to one page to fit all of the columns of the printed grid to the width of the page. |
Rundown Options |
Select a template with a column layout that you want to appear in the printout. If you select System Default, a pre-defined set of columns will be printed. |
Only grid items above the black line |
Print only options that appear above the Rundown's black line and are included in the timing of the show. |
Print rundown as displayed |
Print the rundown as it is displayed on the screen. |
Story
Story Options |
Select a Story template with layout options that you want to appear in the printout. If you select System Default, a pre-defined set of columns will be printed. |
Show MOS commands as thumbnails |
Display an icon instead of the full text of a MOS command. You should only clear this box if you are trying to diagnose a problem with a MOS message. |
Print Text Only |
Display an icon instead of the full text of a MOS command. You should only clear this box if you are trying to diagnose a problem with a MOS message. |
Line Spacing |
Select the desired line spacing for the printed Story. Options are Single Spaced or Double Spaced. |
Planning
Scaling |
Select Fit grid height to one page to fit all of the printed rows to the length of the page. Select Fit grid width to one pageto fit all of the columns of the printed grid to the width of the page. |
Page Margins |
Select the units of measurement and then select the desired length of each margin. This is a per-user setting. |
Save as Default |
Save the current settings as your personal default printing options. |
